昨日、二十四節気の雨水に入り、道路の雪もとけだし、春の訪れを少しずつ感じるようになってきました。
と思ってたら、今朝は雪が降り積もっていました。
我が家は、今月に入って、
私、息子、妻の順番で、
仲良く代わりばんこに高熱を上げ、
一家総出でヒーヒー言っていました。
私は吐き気を伴う高熱で、フラフラ状態だったため、
出稼ぎも半ば、午後から早退させてもらい、
なんとか家に辿り着いたら、
そのままバタンキューでした。
とにかく吐き気がおさまるまで眠り続け、
その後、第一大根湯を飲み干し、
布団をかぶって再び眠り続け、
朝起きたら熱も微熱まで下がっていました。
第一大根湯の効果は絶大です。
息子の高熱も、第一大根湯で微熱まで下がり、
一安心と思ったら、微熱が数日続き、
その間に妻が高熱に…。
妻も第一大根湯を飲み干して
布団にもぐりこんだまではよかったが、
息子の執拗なまでの「顔出せ」要求により、
もぐりこんで眠ることを断念…。
それでも、一応汗をかけたようで、
次の日には微熱まで下がっていました。
そして、息子を微熱から平熱に戻すため、
あの手この手の自然療法で、見事平熱に。
そんな訳で、
みんなの快気祝いにと、
またもやスイーツをこしらえちゃいました。
じゃーん！
はい、小豆あんこに生卵をかけた
「生卵ぜんざい」です！
って、それってすごく美味しくなさそ〜だ。
というのは冗談で、
本当は「金柑ぜんざい」です。
でも、どう見ても「生卵ぜんざい」にしか見えません。。
見た目とは裏腹に（？！）、
甘みは米飴でつけているので、
身体への吸収も穏やかで、しかも美味でした。
相変わらずの自画自賛にお付き合いくださいまして、
いつもどうもありがとうございます。
ちなみに小豆は、
我が家で一昨年とその更に前の年にとれた小豆のブレンドです。
昨年の小豆は、莢ごと収穫したまでは良かったのですが、
莢から救出する時間をつくれず、
未だに莢の中で眠っております。。
無事に莢から救出したら、
みなさんにお分けしようかとも思っているのですが、
いつになることやら…
そして、
妻が最も得意とする自信作をつくってくれました。
「白神こだま酵母のベーグル」です。
このベーグル、
国産強力粉、白神こだま酵母、てんさい糖、自然海塩、水
のみでつくられているので、とてもシンプルではありますが
妻がつくるベーグル、この上なく美味です。
いつも、
美味しいご飯と
美味しいおやつを
つくってくれてありがとう。
すべての人たちの幸せと
地球の幸せと
宇宙の幸せを
心より願います。
